Whew, close one.

So good news, not preggers!

Must be some sort of stomach bug. Because I am still feeling very weird and queasy. I feel like I'm gonna throw up at random points of the day.

*sigh* I've been very unhealthy and I have to find my way out of it. I find it very hard to motivate myself and make myself make healthy choices, let alone lose weight. Lately though I've just felt..bad. I get sore really easy and I feel sluggish and tired. Charles has been losing a lot of weight and he is doing really well, I want to be able to keep up with him and have a normal, healthy, active relationship.

I just feel like no matter how hard I try I've done this so many times before and I have always failed. Something has got to give, I am getting way too big.

dont give up on yourself, keep making healthy choices and you'll see some results. it just takes time.

yeah, its just hard to get motivated, especially when you have no energy. I think I need to start taking my Womens One a Day vitamins and see how they make me feel. They have made me feel queasy before but hopefully they will just give me some energy.

Crystal Light has these little drink mix packages with energy boosts in it and my coworkers swear by them. They are all addicted and say they don't make them crash. I'm going to give them a try. Just to get some energy so I can start making healthy choices and get moving around.

Woo hoo!
I'm sorry dear :(
Don't worry about the weight loss right now, you've been sickies. Focus on it when you're feeling better, it'll add to the renewed feeling.
I'd say the first thing to do is a reduced meat diet (since I know you'll never go veg, despite the immense health benefits when done right and not just by eating cheese pizza >.>)
I have plenty ideas and recipies and stuff...perhaps you let me know you're interested, and I'll share with you?

I'm with you on that. I could barely put on clothes I looked damn good in last year. Gotta get serious.

I know red meat is really bad, and I don't eat much of that anyway. But I might just try to restrict more to fish and chicken, I don't feel gross after I eat them like I do with red meats. I need to learn to cook fish myself though becuase I'm really not digging the way my mom has been cooking it lately. And no, I will never go veg, there is this whole problem of not liking veggies much that I have to get through first. lol. Also I can't eat mushrooms because I had a bad experience where I got really sick after eating one, so I can't even look at one without feeling sick. I am also allergic to onions now and get extremely sick if I eat any. I mean like, on the toilet all night crying and praying I die sick, not hives or a rash. I'd rather get that. lol. Regular onions are pretty bad, but for some reason red onions make me violently ill, worse then all other types of onion.

I would love to hear your ideas and recipies. Anything that will get me eating more veggies is a great help. That is my biggest problem! I think if I could cook it would help to, I can just never think of anything to make because I've never learned how to cook. My mom and boyfriend can just throw together stuff out of nowhere but when they ask me to make dinner or help think of something, I just can't. My mind just doesn't know how to think in terms of cooking and recipies and what foods compliment each other. But yeah! Gimmie all your ideas! Just no mushrooms or onions involved! lol.

I bought a recumbent bike for my room and sat it facing the tv. I've just been feeling so sick and sore and tired I haven't been using it. I gotta start riding it while I watch my NCIS marathons every night after work. (4 hours of NCIS, its like I'm in heaven)

I'm so happy I'm not the only one having preggo scares! Yay for not being pregnant (yet). Although when the time comes, I'm sure you'll be a great mommy. Sorry you're sick though.

I know how ya feel about the weight thing. I've lost, er, two pounds since I've started working again and now I'm on this kick to lose more. But ofcourse my body always aches like I'm a 90 year old and any food thats even a little healthy for me, I can't stand. Plus, since I've gained weight my boobies got a little bigger and I'm not willing to part with them, haha.
